Keep Moving Forward!

Last weekend, I took some time off from being active to engage in the popular sport of channel surfing. For me, sitting still for any length of time, especially while watching random television, is not my strong point. However, from time to time I do like to flip through the channels to see what captures my attention.

Plan for your Summer of Success!

Summer marks the midpoint in the year and is a great time to dust off your business goals, evaluate your performance and to determine what action you want to take going forward. If creating an action plan for the remainder of the year seems overwhelming or draining, consider developing a plan just for your Summer of Success! Here are 5 steps to help you get started:

Step 1: Evaluate where you are

Look at your year-to-date performance and compare it to your original plan. What is going well? Where are you falling short? What's a TweetUp?

What’s a TweetUp?

Hello Everyone,

I have recently been exploring the world of Social Media, such as Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook. I must admit, I’m not naturally drawn to technology nor to online interactions, but I wanted to find out what all the buzz what about.

What I discovered was a wonderful way to reconnect with old friends and colleagues, some as far back as elementary school, and to make new connections. This week, I attended my first Networking TweetUp at Spoto’s Restaurant. A TweetUp is an event where people who use Twitter to interact online come together to meet in person.
