Scott is a great listener! He takes time to develop a strategy specific to his client’s needs by asking lots of questions. I always feel at ease opening up and telling him what is on my mind, without fear of rejection or feeling inadequate.

I have watched him effectively coach a roomful of people with totally diverse backgrounds and businesses and yet for each touch at least one area that needs improvement. I believe his integrity is above reproach……so refreshing in our business world today.
